CFMIS WEB-PORTAL-MARDAN

Developed by the Hon’ble Peshawar High Court, CFMIS makes court case information easily accessible. Our mission is to bring justice closer through technology. Lawyers and case parties can log in to check pending/disposed cases, case details, daily proceedings, and scanned copies. A dedicated Diary keeps lawyers updated. Users can search case details by Case Number and Year and view daily Cause Lists for District Mardan. 

 

DAILY ONLINE CAUSELIST

The Online Cause List, a sub-module of CFMIS, is now available on the web. The cause lists of all courts in the District Courts Mardan are now accessible online.

ONLINE VIDEOLINK APPLICATION FOR PHC CASES (vl-portal) 

The District Judiciary Mardan has developed an online web application form for the cases for your convenience. You are kindly requested to use the videolink-Portal for all future videolink application. Onwards, learned counsels will submit Videolink application form online. (No Scanned copy/hard copy is required after this portal).

CHALLAN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM(CMS)

Compliance with Section 173 of the CrPC has always been a challenge. The District Judiciary Mardan has introduced a Challan Management System (CMS) to address this issue. The dashboard of the application, accessible at CMS Dashboard provides real-time updates on the status of criminal cases, indicating the stage of the case and the responsible office, department, or agency. 

HR WEB PORTAL (e-Portal)

The District Judiciary Mardan has developed an e-Portal for your convenience. You are kindly requested to use the e-Portal for all future correspondence. This initiative was conceived by the esteemed District & Sessions Judge, Mardan, Muhammad Zeb Khan, and developed by the I.T. Branch of District Courts Mardan.

INTRODUCTION

Mardan is the second largest city of Pakistan’s the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province. During the second half of the 20th century, its population has grown manifold. In recent years, it has been a bustling trade and commercial centre. The district is spread over an area of 1632 square km with a population of 3, 997, 667, as per the 2017 census. It borders the districts of Nowshera, Charsadda, Malakand and Swabi. Being centrally located, it is the gateway to Peshawar, Malakand and Islamabad, about 141.7 kilometers (km) away from Islamabad and 65 km from the KP’s capital Peshawar. The main language of the district is Pashto. It obtained the status of a fully-fledged district before the partition.In the year 1972, the Peshawar High Court declared Mardan a Sessions Division. Currently, it has two sub-divisions (Tehsils): Takht Bhai and Katlang.

The courts working at the District’s Headquarter in Mardan city are: 01 District & Sessions Judge, 09 Additional District & Sessions Judges, 04 Senior Civil Judges and 13 Civil Judges/Judicial Magistrates; at Takht Bhai, 02 Additional District & Sessions Judge and 04 Civil Judges/Judicial Magistrates; and, at Katlang, 01 Additional District and Sessions Judge and 02 Civil Judges/Judicial Magistrates.

Mardan has 03 National Assembly seats, 08 Provincial Assembly seats, 64 Union Councils, 17 Police Stations, 52 Patwar Circles.
